The Mindsight Clinic is a private mental health clinic situated in Gordon, Sydney Australia. Our mission is to provide the highest quality mental health care to our patients and clients, and improve mental health literacy and resilience in the broader community.
Our vision is to see every Australian access the mental health care they need, by breaking down the barriers to access through developing innovative, multidisciplinary, wholistic mental health services.
Our team of dedicated and passionate clinicians and staff are ready to help you move towards better mental health and well-being.
We are taking new patient referrals and are working to improve access to excellent mental health care and shorten waiting lists.
We would like to welcome Dr Isaac Lam, Consultant Psychiatrist to the Mindsight team!
Dr Lam is available to see patients over 18 years of age, treating a wide range of conditions including mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), psychosis, and anxiety related conditions.
We are excited to introduce our Mental Health GP program. A Mental Health GP is a fully qualified General Practitioner, who has chosen to focus on psychological medicine and mental health care. They have received specific training in mental health assessment and treatment, and work hand in hand with our specialist consultant psychiatrists to help lessen the burden of mental ill health in our community.
If you are struggling to get access to the care you need due to long wait lists or other barriers, please enquire about making an appointment to see one of our Mental Health GPs.

We are proud to partner with Macquarie University Medical School in being a training site for medical students undertaking their psychiatry/mental health rotation. We see this as an exciting opportunity for the next generation of Australian doctors to develop skills and knowledge in this crucial area of healthcare. This will involve a student potentially being present during a consultation to observe which you will be informed about before your appointment.
We support your preference to not have a student in your consultation - if this is your wish, please communicate this to our reception staff. This will in no way affect your treatment or care.
