Who is it for?
Clients over the age of 18 who would benefit from skills to improve emotional regulation and distress tolerance.
Program
Week 1-2: Core Mindfulness
Develop the ability to observe and describe one’s mental and emotional state, and find balance in one’s response (WiseMind)
Week 3-8: Distress Tolerance
Develop skills to tolerate distress and improve emotional regulation through self-soothing, radical acceptance, integrating and flourishing from difficult experiences, and crisis planning

5:30PM- 7pm
Cost
$880 for 8 weeks
