Join our online 8 week course tailored for adolescents with Dr Kam Wong, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist who wish to:

•  Learn how to manage your stress, anxiety and emotions
• Sessions will include Mindfulness, Distress tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Regulation

 For teens with ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety/stress, or trauma 

Cost: $880 for 8 weeks
