•  Understand and gain more control over feelings such as depression, anxiety and sadness 
•  Understand and manage your emotions, mood swings and outbursts 
•  Understand and manage feelings of emptiness and thoughts of self harm 

 For teens with ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety/stress, or trauma
